I wish I could even use this app I have an original hero and I thats not even one of the options

I recently purchased the GoPro HERO5 session and absolutely loved the real-time viewing capability

The app is great just video quality on the device looks meh until you look at in in your gallery.

Please fix asap. No sign in garbage.

This app is such a time wasting piece of garbage! Creators just want to get going! Not sign up with email and then not having it work. Huge waste of time!

Bad app.... sooo bad... not user friendly, not easy to connect over and over again

Kids need to be 12 and older to access their GoPro on their iPod touch using the app... Whats the matter?

Dont make login to you site just to use you app. Completely unnecessary. Read the privacy policy. They want to share/sell your info with others. Very disappointing.

Decent app overall, had some issues connecting the GoPro at first. Quite frustrating however it somehow started to work eventually and its been in and out since. Usually connects after 2nd attempts. When it works, it works great though.

First of all, you should not have to register an account to use right away, I was away from cellular data so that sucked. When I finally tried to register through facebook, the app repeatably crashed. Absolutely not acceptable in a product of this calibre.

This app promises so much but fails miserably due to its inability to work offline, a lot of my videos are done where I dont have wifi access for days and I cant easily look at the on an IOS device. Also connection to the camera should be easier and remember the camera every time. Low hanging fruit here from GoPro please fix it!

Ever since this app has changed I cant get my hero 4 to work. There is no reason I need a GoPro account. I used to be able to turn it on and it worked, now I have to do a bunch of crap to log in to some stupid account. Thanks for turning a good product into a waste of $700.

New to GoPro but reading reviews of hero5 users say a lot about wifi/internet connection which is not available in remote locations. How can you use the app then?

How can something thats marketed on its ease of use be so impossible to use!! Ive come back to this and given up now for the final time. Nothing will pair my HERO 4 Black to the app. I enter the PIN as a shown - "epic fail" is displayed. Couldnt be more true of the app! Ive reset settings more than once and still no hope. $600 camera now spends more time on the shelf than out there shooting where it should be. Please fix this and make the whole connection process simpler!!!

Rendered my camera a hunk of coal last time I tried to use it. If Id known that the upgraded app did this Id never of upgraded. Caveat Emptor... check out all the negative comments about this stupidity before you upgrade.

I, along with practically every other reviewer, would like to point out that the log in requirement is ridiculous! Now, I cant use the app to control my camera unless I have cell phone coverage. Coupled with the recent Karma Drone fail, it seems to me that GoPro is in self destruct mode!
