Really bad app. Cant use it if you dont have wifi to sign in. Completely useless when you are in the wild

Each new version of this app is worse than the previous !!!! The Go pro doesnt connect to the iPhone, it rarely does ... Is there a problem with Apple ?

This app used to be helpful, but the forced login that doesnt work ruins it completely.

First, I had to write this report like 5 times, because the nickname was taken. Are u serious? Say it directly, not when I finish. Whatever! Hate it! The connection between the camera and the app is so fucking impossible! I will never recommend your stuff!

My 4 Gopros are for sale. I am so upset about the new version of the app. Cant use it without login in. I am going for some DJI.

This app is total crap! Shouldnt have to sign in to view/use phone as a remote. Keeps asking to me to sign in just to view media on the camera then crashes. Completely useless. Wishing I we wouldnt have sent the money on a GoPro camera now

Spent hundreds of dollars on what may or may not be a good product. Cannot tell yet because the app keeps booting me out or wont let me log in at all. From such a large company I have higher expectations. Dear GoPro, you have a Session 5 being returned tomorrow after less than 24 hours with it, what a piece of junk. SD errors, no wifi connection, broken app, crap website.... ugh. Right now its powered off yet blue and red flashing lights... wth...

Why do I need an account with GoPro in order to use MY CAMERA that I have purchased?? This DOES NOT let me have live preview or any control when Im outside a wifi zone even after signing in. Give me a break, its a camera, not a new way of life. Get rid of the sign in. Right now I will NEVER buy one of these again. My son just tried to look at his movies, but since the login isnt working he cant. Thanks for the aggravation...

I really found the app to help me with all my GoPro needs

I received the GoPro4 as a gift, so Im still exploring it and the App. So far its pretty awesome, I like how I can control the camera with the app and fame the subject matter. Still getting use to it, but having a great time.

It wont accept the password even though the password is confirm to be right! Its easier to delete it than to bother trying to figure it out.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. I couldnt believe when I was on my holiday, I all of a sudden couldnt load my photos on my phone without my data turned on (which isnt going to happen when Im out of my country). BEWARE GoPro app now wont let you load pictures unless your data is turned on -- which ultimately makes your wifi feature on your GoPro useless when youre on a holiday and out of your home country.

As the title says, this app doesnt start. It just hangs on the spinning C when opened. I think it works 1/20 times.

There is a limitation with the iPad2 where the capture app requires a bluetooth connection, even though it is to be an optional connection method. iPad 2s and the Hero5 family lines are not compatiabile even though the Capture app will run on the iPad 2.

I felt robbed. This mandatory sign-in is idiotic. Im done with gopro.

Great app works really good with my go pro hero 5 session doesnt crash at all and its very easy to use. The only thing that you could fix is the odd time it will glitch out.

I downloaded this app. I havent set it up to use it yet. After reading all the negative stuff thats been posted i think i will delete it and wait for something better.

I have to create an account to control my camera with this app? Are you serious?! What a joke. I just bought this camera thinking I could control it from my phone. I refuse to create an account unnecessarily and am returning this camera.
